Travel agencies, destination management companies, tour operators, cruise operators, coach-tour organisers, associations, works councils and other professionals organising group travel. This is a direct professional guiding service, not a marketplace or a booking site for individual tourists.
What can I book you for?
Museum and city visits, coach tours, shore excursions, multi-day tour leading and itinerary advice. Give me the real brief, including constraints, rather than trying to fit it into a ready-made tour.
Is the date confirmed when I submit the form?
No. The calendar indicates whether a date needs review or has a known conflict. Every assignment is checked personally for availability, travel time and feasibility. A request is not a confirmed booking, and no payment is taken here.
Can I contact you less than four days in advance?
The online form requires at least four days' notice. For anything more urgent, email the city, date, group size, language and timings directly. I'll check what is feasible; no response or availability is guaranteed.
What do the published rates include?
Short guided visits of 2–4 hours start at €300 (≈ $337) and full guiding days from €600 (≈ $673). Travel, accommodation, transport and admissions are extra unless expressly included in your quote. The proposed €1,000 (≈ $1,122) Whatever Happens package is not yet available for booking.
Do you work outside your listed destinations?
Yes, where the assignment makes professional and logistical sense. I'm based in Marseille and have worked across France, the Benelux and Switzerland, including European river-cruise itineraries. Tell me where you need a guide, and I'll assess the journey before committing.
What is the €1,000 Whatever Happens offer?
It is a planned, not-yet-bookable fixed-price service for carefully selected dates and defined assignments. Its intended purpose is guaranteed delivery of the agreed guiding service, with a qualified replacement if necessary. Checkout, eligible destinations, conditions and refund rules must be finalised before it launches.
Can you issue professional invoices?
Yes. I operate as an independent professional guide, and the billing details and payment conditions are agreed before accepting an assignment.
Can you lead multi-day tours?
Yes. I have worked as a tour director with international groups, including on river cruises. Multi-day tour leading and operational support are quoted according to the assignment.
What if you are already booked?
If useful, I can try to introduce another qualified guide. This is a separate, optional service: the €50 (≈ $56) introduction fee applies only when you actually book the guide introduced. Finding a replacement is not guaranteed.
